Room at the Table Inc, or RATT as we like to call ourselves (you might remember us as Benalla Wizards from before our name change at the start of 2021) provides a range of non-sport geek subculture activities.
We get together to play boardgames, roleplaying games, trading card games. We offer the opportunity to make and wear costumes, watch anime, read manga, science fiction, fantasy, superheroes, comic books. We also create videos and podcasts about the things we love.
Room at the Table is an inclusive organisation. Our events are open to everyone in Benalla Rural City, north east Victoria and beyond. We have room at the table for families of all kinds, people with disabilities, single people, people from different cultures, people of different races, people with health issues, teens, the LGBTQIA+ community, adults of all ages. We work hard to maintain a safe and welcoming environment free from prejudiced actions and attitudes.
Our rooms are at the Samaria Rd end of the State Gliding Centre clubrooms at Benalla Airport.
